table installers. Wherever you live, we can provide an installer to install your pool table.
The average billiard table installation will take two professional installers 2-3 hours and
you won’t have to lift a finger! You simply have to let the installers know where you would
like your new furniture quality pool table.
Please keep in mind that your pool table installer will be
moving a very large, heavy piece of furniture into your home. If there are any prohibitive
stairways, narrow hallways or other special delivery considerations, contact us at your
earliest convenience so we can make arrangements to handle your situation. In certain
circumstances, additional charges may apply. Also, a fee may apply for no-shows on the day of
delivery.
Upon completion of the pool table, your installer will ask you to sign an
acceptance form stating that you have approved the installation. Please take
special care during this process to make sure the work has been completed in a
satisfactory fashion. Any service requests after the customer has signed are
not the responsibility of Pool Tables USA.
Furniture
If you purchased pool table collection furniture or game room furniture, Pool
Tables USA offers installation and assembly on most of these products for a
minimal fee. Simply call our friendly customer service representatives to discuss
your installation needs and room dynamics to that we can provide professional installation for you.
Although most of these pieces of furniture require minimal installation, to insure that
your new game room looks like a million bucks we strongly recommend our
professional game room furniture assembly option. Similarly to our pool table installation,
please call us immediately to alert us to any prohibitive stairways, narrow hallways or other
special delivery considerations. In certain circumstances, additional charges may apply.
Also, a fee may apply for no-shows on the day of delivery.
Please note that our installers will only assemble the furniture but not mount any
products, such as wall racks or artwork, on the walls.
