Shipping & Delivery

We take great pride in our customer service, and it all starts with our industry-leading shipping and delivery process for our premium pool tables and game room furniture.

Typically, you will receive your pool table and game room furniture in 2 to 4 weeks. Pool Tables USA will deliver your pool table and game room furniture in one of two ways. In most cases, after assembly and customization at the factory, your pool table and game room furniture will be DROP SHIPPED directly to you by our national partner, North American Van Lines. When your billiard table and game room furniture reaches the shipping terminal nearest to your home, the trucking company will call you to schedule a delivery. Upon arrival at your home, two delivery professionals will remove the crated pool table or game room furniture from the truck and place the crate in your garage. If you do not have a garage or covered storage space, please notify us ASAP as there may be an additional charge. The delivery men will not bring the crate into the house. The crate is 100" long X 72" wide X 30" high. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION SERVICES DO NOT INCLUDE REMOVAL OR DISPOSAL OF THE CRATE OR PACKAGING.

Shortly after placing your order, you will be e-mailed the name and contact information for the Pool Tables USA's professional installer nearest to you. If you have restrictive anti-spam settings on your mail program, add this e-mail address, orders@pooltablesusa.com, to your approved contact list so these important communications get through. After receipt of your crated pool table or game room furniture, simply contact your personal installer to schedule an installation appointment.

In some locations Pool Tables USA provides same-day delivery and installation service. Rather than drop-shipping your billiard table or game room furniture, Pool Tables USA will ship your pool table or game room furniture to our installers and the installer will deliver and install your pool table (and install game room furniture if you choose this option) on the same day. If we can provide this service to you, you will be contacted by the installer or Pool Tables USA customer service to schedule your delivery and installation.

Some Important Notes: If your billiard table or game room furniture is drop shipped, a full-sized 18-wheeled semi truck must have direct access to your home. If this is a problem, or if you do not have a garage where the delivery team can store this crate (The crate is 100" long X 72" wide X 30" high) just let us know in advance so we can make special arrangements. Additional charges may apply.
