Our tables are designed, engineered and assembled to the strictest quality standards in the industry. All tables have one inch, three-piece slate, wide solid American hardwood rails and diamond shaped inlaid sites. The pockets are genuine leather and reinforced with solid steel. We use only the highest grade of felt (which, of course, comes in your choice of color). The bumpers are 100% natural gum rubber molded at a K-66 profile (meaning they are professional tournament quality). Furthermore, Pool Tables USA is one of the few companies that has a written lifetime warranty on its bumpers. Q5: How long does it take to receive my pool table once I place my order?

Orders are processed immediately, and the approximate shipping time is generally 4-6 weeks depending on the item you purchased and your location. If you prefer, you can purchase your pool table and request a later shipping date if this is more convenient from a scheduling standpoint.

Q6: How big is the shipment?

All pool tables are shipped in a 100" long x 72" wide x 30" high crate to protect them during shipping. The approximate weight of the pool table is 1,000 lbs. Game room furniture also comes in the same sized crates, but weigh less because they do not have the heavy slate.

Q7: Will the pool table and game room furniture just show up at my home? What if I'm not there? Where will they leave it?

Don't worry — we'll make this process as simple as possible for you. When the pool table or game room furniture arrives at the shipping terminal nearest your home, the trucking company will call you and schedule an appointment to deliver the pool table and furniture to your residence. There will be two men with the shipment to unload the crates and get it safely into your garage; you won't have to lift a finger.

Upon receipt of your table, simply contact your installer and set up an appointment that works for your schedule.

Q9: How long does installation take?

Your professional installer will transport the crates into your home and install the pool table where you would like it. It will take two men about two to three hours to install your pool table.

Q10: Does installation apply to the furniture collections too?

Please note that our professional installation service applies only to the pool table. Unless explicitly stated otherwise. For an additional cost, we will be happy to install any furniture collection you purchase from us as well.

Q11: How much does shipping cost?

Many of our promotions include shipping, which represents a huge savings. Unless otherwise specified in the terms of a promotion, shipping is approximately $495 anywhere in the continental USA. This is a cost we incur to deliver your product; please keep in mind that these units weigh over 1,000 pounds. Remote areas or homes with limited access within the continental USA may incur an additional shipping and installation charge. Crating is an additional $149. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION SERVICES DO NOT INCLUDE REMOVAL OR DISPOSAL OF THE CRATE OR PACKAGING.

Q12: What if I live in a very remote area, or have extremely limited access to my residence that might make it difficult to get such a large crate into my garage? Can I still order a table from you?

Absolutely. All you have to do is select the "Same Day Pool Table Delivery/Installation" option when purchasing your pool table. For a small fee, we will arrange to have the pool table installer receive your pool table delivery. Then they will drive the items to your home in a small truck or van and install your pool table the same day they deliver it. That way, you won't have to worry about receiving a 1,000 pound crate to your garage or whether or not an 18-wheeler truck can make it to your location.

Q14: What if I need to cancel my order?

All cancelled orders and order exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping on cancelled orders is the responsibility of the customer. The actual cost of the original shipping will not be refunded. Orders held and then cancelled are subject to monthly storage fees.
